 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a pan. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and add to the pan. Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and some Italian herbs.

 Cut the zucchini into slices and grill them in a grill pan and let drain. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Put a little (about 1/3) of sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place 3 lasagna sheets on top and about 6 slices of salami and some slices of mozzarella on top.

 Cover with lasagna sheets and divide some more sauce on it and some slices of grilled zucchini. Cover with lasagna sheets. Repeat the salami and mozzarella one more time and cover again with lasagna sheets. Divide the last part of the sauce over some slices of zucchini, salami and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the lasagna for about 40 minutes.
