Cut the tomatoes with the seeds and liquid into small pieces. Put a good splash of olive oil in a large pan. Saute the garlic in it. Add the diced tomatoes and a small pinch of salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the tomatoes are soft. Then put the cleaned trout in it and after 5 minutes the pieces of cod and the prawns.
Let it cook in the tomato mixture (about 7 minutes). Turn the trout in between so that the other side is also well cooked. Toast the bread in a grill pan or in the oven. Sprinkle the fish pan with fresh parsley and insert the bread into the side.
