Healthy and easy: fresh steamed fish with lime on a bed of carrot and bok choy


4 x white fish (eg pangasius or cod)
1 pak choi a 500 gr
2 limes
400 gr carrot
3 tablespoons oriental fish sauce
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
rice to serve with it
Aluminium foil


Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the carrot and cut into thin sticks (julienne). Also cut the pak choi into pieces. Grate 1 lime and squeeze the juice. Mix the fish sauce and lime juice with the soy sauce. Divide some carrot and pak choi over the middle of a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle a little with the soy sauce mixture.

Place the fish on the vegetables and also sprinkle with the soy sauce mixture and some of the lemon zest. Cut the second lime into thin slices and divide over the fish. Close the foil and place the fish packages in the oven for about 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish). Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to the package. Serve the fish packets with rice.
