This vegetarian minced meat burger is completely suitable for a vegetarian meal and looks exactly like a normal burger.



 Take the minced meat and mix tomato paste, egg, pepper and salt through it. Knead it into a firm mixture and make three burgers. Cut the onions into rings, tomato into slices and avocado into slices. Bake the burgers over low heat for about 5 minutes.

 Cut the hamburger buns in half and toast both sides in a toaster or skillet. Make the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the bun, putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom, a few slices of tomato and the burger on top. Finish the burger with onion rings, avocado and the top of the bun.

 TIP: vegetarian minced meat is slightly drier compared to normal minced meat, so the addition of an egg is recommended.
