Shawarma quiche with leek

Must Try

Forget the shawarma sandwich, make this quiche with shawarma, leek and mushrooms

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the onion and fry in a pan with a little bit of butter or oil. Add the shawarma and fry all over. Then add the mushrooms and fry for a further 2 minutes. Finally the finely chopped seemed. Let this mixture drain in a colander.

Beat the eggs, milk and crème frache with the cheese. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper or grease it well. Also grease the edges of the mold. Cover it with the sheets of dough and press the seams together. Poke some holes in the bottom with a fork and sprinkle with some breadcrumbs. Put the mixture of shawarma and vegetables in it and spread evenly. Then pour the egg mixture over it and bake the quiche for about 45 minutes. Check with a skewer if it is well cooked.
