 Stir in the diced tomatoes and coconut milk and a small splash of water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes and then add the beans and heat through. Taste whether the sambal goreng telor is well seasoned and if necessary add some sambal, sugar, pepper or salt or coconut milk to make it softer. Nice with some rice.
