 Also fry the wok vegetables with some wok oil in a pan together with the sliced ​​​​shiitakes. When the vegetables are almost ready, stir in the peanuts. When the rendang sauce has thickened a bit, serve it with the rice and fried vegetables. Finish the dish with some fried onions and prawn crackers.
