Homemade pizzas with a delicious autumn topping of figs and blue cheese

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Place the pizza bases on a baking tray. Spread with a layer of ricotta. Leave 1 cm from the edge. Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and drizzle some honey over it. Crumble over the blue cheese and divide the halved tomatoes over it. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
Remove the pizzas from the oven. Divide the figs over it and the Parma ham into pieces. Place a handful of arugula on top and finally drizzle some cream balsamic over it.
