 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil the pasta in a pan with water. Grease the baking dish. Place the salmon in this. Beat the egg and brush the top of the salmon with it. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then gently press the panko on top. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. If necessary, turn on the grill for a few minutes to create a nice brown crust.

 Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and sauté it in a large pan. Cut a few cm from the ends of the asparagus and discard. Cut the asparagus into pieces and add to the pan. After 5 minutes, add the Boursin or crème frache. Pour in the paste. Season the dish with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with the grilled salmon.
