Quick and easy stir-fry with chicken cubes and snow peas in a delicious teriyaki sauce



 Cook the rice according to the package. Chop the onion and cut the chicken into cubes. Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the onion. Add the chicken cubes and fry all over. Then add the teriyaki sauce. Stir in the snow peas and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add the cashew nuts and some of the spring onions and mix everything well. Garnish the dish with some extra spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve with the rice.
