 Cut the chicken into thin strips. Place in a bowl and mix in the gyro spices. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken in it. Cut the tomatoes in half and the cucumber into slices. Meanwhile, make the mint sauce: Squeeze the garlic clove into the yogurt (or chop very finely). Finely chop the mint and stir into the yogurt together with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cut the pita breads in half and fill them with some chicken gyros, vegetables and some mint sauce.
