Preparation

 Season the meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat the egg in a deep plate. Dip the meat first in the flour, then the egg and lastly in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto the meat with your fingers. Heat a little butter in a frying pan and place the schnitzels in it. Fry them for a few minutes on high heat until they are nicely browned and crispy. Turn them only once to prevent the crust from breaking quickly. Then let the schnitzels cook well over low heat. Delicious with a mushroom cream sauce or hunting sauce.
