 For the marinade, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed garlic and honey in a small bowl. Marinate the pork chops with the marinade as long as possible in advance, but at least 30 minutes. Cut the mango and avocado into small cubes.

 Finely chop the coriander and cut the red pepper into rings. Mix the mango, avocado, coriander, red pepper together with the juice of the lime and the toasted sesame seeds. Roast the chops for about 3 minutes on both sides on the BBQ (or in the grill pan) and serve with the mango salsa.
