Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Make the pizza dough according to the package or use my basic recipe. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Divide the dough in half and roll out the dough with the roller and if necessary use a little flour to prevent sticking. You can also make 1 large plate pizza instead of 2 round pizzas.
Spread the pizza sauce on the pizzas, leaving 1 cm free from the edge. Divide slices of mozzarella over it and the capers and dried tomatoes. Bake the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes. Then add the mussels and shrimps with a pinch of chili flakes and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the pizza with fresh basil before serving
Tip: also vary with other seafood such as scallops or surimi.
