Preparation

 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the onion, celery and carrot into small pieces. Fry it in a pan with a little bit of oil. Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper. Knead the fried vegetables into the minced meat mixture. Grease the muffin tin with some butter or oil. Fill them with the meat mixture and press down well. Put them in the oven for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the BBQ sauce and ketchup in a bowl.
