This Mexican-spiced pulled chicken plate pie is a delicious variation on a pizza and perfect for a quick and easy meal.



 Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Boil the chicken in a pan with water for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, knead the sheets of dough together on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the taco sauce over it. Remove the chicken from the pan and pull apart, place in a bowl and add the Mexican seasoning. Divide the chicken mixture over the pie with taco sauce. Then add the bell pepper in pieces and the corn. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Chop the spring onion into rings and cut the avocado into pieces. Spread over the plate cake.
