Preparation

 Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle lightly with a little salt. Drain the corn and possibly the beans. Squeeze the lime and collect the juice. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together in a food processor. Make a bowl with some quinoa, black beans and corn and put some avocado slices on it. Pour over some dressing and garnish with extra coriander if desired.
