This Mexican burrito casserole is made with cabbage leaves filled with a spicy minced meat mixture and is also low carb

 Repeat with the rest of the cabbage leaves and filling. When they are all in the baking dish, sprinkle them with some extra cheese. Then put the baking dish in the oven for about 15 minutes. Serve the cabbage burittos with some rice, if desired (this means that the dish is no longer low in carbohydrates).
