Delicious veggie burger from the BBQ on a bun with a fresh mango avocado salsa that provides a delicious tropical taste

 Cut the mango and avocado into small cubes and finely chop the red onion, mix together in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Keep the mango salsa in the fridge for as long.

 Bake the burgers on the barbecue (or in the pan). Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut open the buns and briefly grill the insides until slightly crispy. Top the buns with a little lettuce, cucumber slices, the veggie burger and scoop some of the mango salsa on top.

 Serve the veggie burgers with some chili sauce and possibly some mango salsa if there’s any left over.
