 Drain the corn and kidney beans and add to the vegetable mixture. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the pan along with the watery part. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

 Heat the wraps and divide some iceberg lettuce on top and spoon some of the vegetable mixture on top and fold. Serve with the sour cream.
