 Cook the rice. Cut the pork into cubes. Brown the meat on all sides in a pan with a little oil. Remove the meat from the pan. Add the chopped ginger to the pan. Cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the pan together with the sugar snap peas and stir-fry for a while. Then add the sweet and sour sauce and the meat to the vegetables and let it simmer for a while. Finally add the pineapple chunks. Serve the pork in sweet and sour sauce with some cashew nuts and the rice.
