Homemade chicken korma

Try this easy and delicious Indian dish of chicken in a mild curry sauce, made without packages or bags

 Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry in the olive oil for a minute. Cut the chicken into cubes and fry for 5 minutes until it is (almost) cooked. Add the cinnamon powder, chili powder, garam masala and turmeric to the chicken and stir to combine. Add the tomato cubes and crumble the stock cube through it. Let it simmer for 2 minutes and then stir in the coconut milk little by little.

 Roughly chop the coriander and stir it into the chicken korma along with half the almonds. Let everything simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Taste to see if the chicken korma is well seasoned and add some herbs to taste if necessary.

 Serve the chicken korma on a plate or in a bowl and sprinkle with the almonds. Delicious with rice, green beans and homemade naan bread, for example.
