Remove from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over it, leaving the edges free. Then divide the vegetables over it. You can of course also use other toppings such as ham, salami or bell pepper etc. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and divide over the pizza. Sprinkle with some grated cheese and bake the pizza for another 15 minutes in the oven.
