Salmon with orange from the oven

Must Try

Did you know that salmon tastes delicious in combination with orange, try it in this easy recipe from the oven

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut an orange in half and set one half aside. Cut 3/4 of the oranges into slices. You can cut off the skin if you want, but you can also do it while eating. Place the slices in a greased baking dish. Place the salmon fillets on top and sprinkle with a little chili to taste.
Squeeze the rest of the orange and mix in the oil, honey, thyme, pepper and salt. Whisk into a dressing. Pour this over the salmon and orange. Sprinkle with almond shavings. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 12 minutes. The salmon can still be pink inside.
Remove the salmon with orange from the oven and, if desired, spoon a little of the moisture from the baking dish over the salmon to baste it extra. Sprinkle with some pomegranate seeds and serve with the lamb’s lettuce.
Tip: delicious with mashed potatoes or couscous
