Make these delicious pancakes (for sweet and savory pancakes) with 4 ingredients including a handy step by step video!



Put the flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt to it. Make a well in the center and beat in the eggs. Add about ¼ of the milk and then blend until smooth. Gradually add the rest of the milk and mix until smooth.
Heat a little butter in a pan. Add a ladle of batter to the pancake pan and let it flow. Add some thin slices of apple, raisin and/or bacon after half a minute (if the pancake has not yet set completely). When the top is dry, or has congealed, and the bottom has a nice color, you can turn it over with a spatula or with the lid of a pan (see also the video).
Also fry the other side of the pancake until nicely browned. Place on a plate and keep the pancakes warm under a plate and bake the rest as well. Sprinkle sweet pancakes with powdered sugar or drizzle with syrup.

6 tips for baking pancakes:

• To avoid lumps: sieve the flour beforehand and add the milk little by little to the flour and let it absorb gradually.

• If you have the time, let the batter rest for 15 to 30 minutes after mixing, this will make the batter thicker.

• Preferably use a pan with a thick bottom, which conducts the heat well so that the pancake is baked evenly.

• Do not turn the pancake too quickly, wait until the top has set or contains bubbles before turning it.
