Nice and easy and quick vegetarian wok dish of tempeh with string beans and bell pepper in a teriyaki sauce.

Cut the string beans into pieces and remove the ends. Boil the string beans in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes and then drain. Boil the rice for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok. Add the pieces of tempeh and stir-fry them on all sides for 3 minutes over high heat. Remove them from the pan and keep them separately. Finely chop the onion and red pepper and fry them in the pan.
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and fry for a while. Then add the mushrooms and the precooked string beans. Add the briefly fried tempeh cubes and the teriyaki sauce and stir-fry the dish for another 5 minutes.
Serve the string beans stir-fry with some peanuts and the rice.
