Preparation

Boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes. Drain well and put them back in the pan (without fire) and let them steam for another 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Place the homemade gnocchi on a plate dusted with a little flour to prevent sticking. You can now cook the gnocchi in a pan with water, about 2 to 3 minutes. They are ready when they float to the top. But you can also fry the gnocchi in a pan with some butter until it is golden brown.
