Tasty spicy curry with lots of vegetables that can be on the table in 35 minutes, served with cauliflower rice and cashew nuts.



Finely chop the onion and fry in a large wok or frying pan with a little oil. Cut the broccoli into small florets and add to the pan. Chop the pointed pepper into cubes and also fry in the pan.
