Cut the mozzarella into pieces and tear the basil finely. Add half of the basil to the pasta.
Divide the pasta with sauce in an oven dish and divide the rest of the mozzarella over it.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the mozzarella has melted.
Budget tips: Buy products in larger packages. This often saves money in the long run.
Opt for (winter) carrots. These are often cheaper and you have to cut them small for this recipe.
