2 sweet red pointed peppers
200 gr soft goat cheese
50 gr walnuts
Black pepper
Honey
Thyme

Preparation

Make sure you buy some straight peppers, they are easy to put on the barbecue. Cut them in half and sprinkle the insides with a little pepper. Fill them with goat cheese and press pieces of walnut in between. Drizzle a little honey over it and sprinkle with thyme. Place them on the bbq for about 5 minutes, make sure that the bottom turns black quickly. You can also place them on a piece of aluminum foil. Not nice weather for barbecue? Place the peppers in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
