 Remove the chicken from the pan and pull separately with two forks so that you have pulled chicken. Mix the BBQ sauce and ketchup through the chicken. Spread half of the nachos over the bottom of a baking dish. Place the fried vegetables on top. Drain the corn and divide about half over the vegetables. And then also the pulled chicken.

  Cover with the rest of the nachos and sprinkle with the rest of the corn. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and divide over the nacho casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and grill the casserole in the oven for 8 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely.
