Marinated pork belly from the BBQ

Must Try

This piece of pork belly marinated in orange and rosemary is the highlight of a cozy BBQ evening

Make a smooth mixture of garlic cloves, thyme, rosemary and olive oil. You can do this with a food processor, mortar or stick blender. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the oranges into thick slices and place in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the pork belly on top of the orange slices. Place the baking dish in the oven and heat it to 100 degrees while the bacon is in it.
Slowly cook the pork belly for 45 minutes. This keeps the meat juicy.
In the meantime, the bbq can handle and when it is warm, place the bacon on it. Grill the bacon until nice and crispy and golden brown on all sides.
Cut the bacon into slices and squeeze a little orange juice from the orange slices for the pork belly.
