Smoked salmon and asparagus are a perfect combination. Especially with this creamy chive sauce and boiled potatoes.




If necessary, cut the potatoes into large equal pieces and boil them for about 15 minutes.
Peel the asparagus if not already done. Cut the last 2 cm of the asparagus and discard.
