200 gr goat cheese
150 g bacon (about 10 slices)

150 gr lettuce

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and prepare the potatoes. Mix the tomatoes through the lettuce. Whisk together the lemon juice with olive oil and pepper and sprinkle over the lettuce. Serve the stuffed mushrooms with the lettuce. Delicious with fries or potatoes.
