Homemade romesco sauce

Must Try

Make this delicious Spanish dip based on nuts and roasted peppers in a few minutes

Toast the nuts in a dry frying pan for a few minutes. Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind until fine. Store the sauce in a sealed jar or container in the refrigerator.

Romesco is a Catalan sauce traditionally made from nora peppers. But because these are almost not available in the Netherlands, I used roasted bell peppers from a pot.
