Simple but delicious gourmet snack with fish that also looks nice and tasty
250 gr white fish
12 slices of smoked bacon
pinch of pepper
Cut the fish into about 12 equal pieces. Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and dill and wrap a slice of bacon around it. Heat some oil in a pan or on top of the grill part of the gourmet set. Bake the fish pieces for about 4 to 5 minutes and the bacon crispy.
