Colorful Spanish tapas dish of prawns marinated in garlic and a fresh salsa of tomato and mango


200 g king prawns (tail removed)
1 lime
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed or very finely chopped
pinch paprika (or cayenne for a spicy taste)
A few sprigs of fresh parsley
splash of olive oil


Place the prawns in a bowl and mix with a dash of olive oil, paprika and garlic. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to half a day. Meanwhile, cut the mango, red onion, parsley and tomato (remove seeds) into small equal cubes.
