A salad of green beans, white cabbage and bean sprouts, flavored with homemade bumbu bali, delicious as a side dish to Indian dishes.



 Cut the green beans into pieces of 2 centimeters and blanch them al dente. In a large bowl, add the bumbu bali with the juice of the lime and whisk. Mix in the raw pointed cabbage, coconut chips, bean sprouts and blanched green beans. Cut the shallots into half rings and fry them in a tablespoon of oil until golden brown and crispy.

 Serve the vegetables in the bumbu sauce with the fried shallots and possibly some rice, nasi goreng and prawn crackers. Do you like spicy? Then add a little red pepper or sambal to the bumbu.
 Tip: You can also use ready-made bumbu Bali or bumbu for fried rice. Fry the bumbu briefly in the pan before using.
