 Heat some oil or butter in another pan and fry the chopped shallots in it. Add the other clove of garlic in small pieces and the red pepper to taste. Fry for a few minutes and then add the sieved tomatoes. Season the sauce with sugar, salt and pepper. Finally, add some fresh parsley. Then add the balls to the sauce and mix everything well. Delicious as a tapas snack or with some bread or rice.
