Preheat the oven to 180° degrees.
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Cut a cross in the bottom of the stump to help it cook faster.
Mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt with the oil, cumin, curry, pepper, salt and paprika for the marinade.
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and brush with the marinade.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake the cauliflower in the oven for 60 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 45 minutes without foil. Make sure it doesn’t get too dark.
