The Bloody Mary soup is inspired by the Bloody Mary cocktail of the same name.



Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the tomatoes on the vine into wedges and finely chop the red onion and cloves of garlic and place in an oven dish together with the fresh thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated oven.
