Easy yet luxurious snack of roasted bruschettas with truffle mayonnaise and carpaccio


6 slices of baguette
1 tbsp olive oil
6 slices of carpaccio
2 tbsp truffle mayonnaise, from a container or homemade
1 tbsp pine nuts
about 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Some fresh basil to garnish, if desired
