These smoked salmon bonbons are filled with a creamy mixture with Dutch shrimps, a perfect snack or amuse-bouche




 Grate the zest of the lime and squeeze the lime. Set the lemon zest aside for now. Mix the lime juice with mayonnaise, crème frache and chopped chives. Season with pepper.
