Preparation
Place the bananas in a food processor and blend together with the eggs, peanut butter and milk. Then briefly mix in the spelled flour and baking powder. Heat a waffle iron and grease with a little oil or butter. Pour in some of the batter and bake for about 4 minutes. Delicious with some extra warm peanut butter on top and/or banana slices.
If you don’t have a food processor, mash the bananas very fine with a fork and mix with a mixer or whisk with the rest of the ingredients.
