A delicious snack of mushrooms with garlic under a layer of Parmesan cheese.



Preheat the oven to the highest setting on the grill function.
Clean the mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Shake them off and put them in a baking dish.
Mix in the olive oil, parsley and garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Place the dish in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely. Delicious on a toast.
Tip: Parmesan cheese contains animal rennet, so this recipe is not 100% vegetarian. Replace the cheese with an old or matured cheese with vegetarian rennet or try a vegan cheese.
