Festive salad with stewed pear

Must Try

Super easy salad with stewed pear and goat cheese for a festive start to the Christmas dinner

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Press stars out of the bread with a star shape and toast them lightly in a dry pan or in the oven. Carefully cut the goat cheese in half horizontally. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle a little honey over them. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Divide the lettuce among 4 plates.
Cut the stewed pears into wedges and arrange on top of the lettuce in a star shape. Then put the warm slice of goat cheese on top and insert the bread stars. Crumble some walnut over it. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the syrup from the stewed pears and sprinkle the salad with it. Serve lukewarm. Also delicious with fried bacon instead of the walnut.
