60 g almonds
Couple of tbsp grated coconut or ground pisctachio nuts

Chop the almonds very finely in a food processor. Add the honey and mix briefly. Add the dates and raisins and mix until a sticky solid mass is formed. Take a little at a time of the almond-date mixture and roll it into small balls in your palms. Roll them in the coconut or ground pistachios. Store them in the fridge or serve them immediately.
