4 slices of wholemeal sourdough bread
125 gr fresh goat cheese
Splash of coconut oil (available at health food stores, toko and some supermarkets)
2 avocados
1 red pepper (or red pointed pepper)
A few grains of coarse sea salt


Spread the bread slices with coconut oil. Then spread the fresh goat cheese over it. Cut the unpeeled avocados in half and twist the two halves separately with your hands. Remove the pit and the skin, cut into slices and spread over the bread. Finely chop the red pepper and sprinkle over the sandwiches. A red pepper is probably too spicy for children, so use a red pointed pepper. Finally, sprinkle with a little sea salt.
