You can easily roast your favorite nuts in your own oven. Vary it loose with dried herbs and spices.



Heat the oven to 200 degrees. It is important that the oven is at the right temperature before you put the nuts in it.
Take a baking tray with baking paper and divide the nuts over the baking tray and spread them well from each other. Optionally sprinkle some sea salt and dried rosemary on top.
Place the baking tray in the oven and turn it to 175° degrees. Bake the nuts for 4 minutes.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and set the oven to 200 degrees. Turn the nuts over and return the baking sheet to the oven upside down. Turn the oven back to 175°C and bake for another 4 minutes.
Ones the nuts are done, transfer them to a plate or bowl and let them cool for at least 30 minutes to allow the released oils to infuse back into the nuts. Keep them in a sealed jar.
