4 naan breads (prepared or homemade )

2 chicken breasts, diced
3 tbsp thick Greek yogurt
2 tsp tandoori spice paste
2 red onions
300 gr mango in pieces
125 ml crème frache (or dairy spread)
75 g mozzarella (grated, mini or a ball in pieces)
fresh coriander
1 tbsp olive oil


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the yogurt and the tandoori spice paste together and fold in the chicken. Brown the red onion in a little olive oil while the chicken is marinating. Remove the pieces of onion from the pan and fry the chicken in the same pan until brown on all sides for about 5 minutes.
